Amethyst Scene is designed primarily as a local, on-device language tool. Most lexical browsing, searching, saving, and organization within the app occurs locally on your device.

- Information you submit through support or inquiry forms, such as your email address, subject, and message content.
- Information you choose to provide through account-related features, if enabled.
b. Purchase and subscription information
- If you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the transaction through your App Store account.
- We do not receive your full payment card or billing details.
- We may receive limited subscription or entitlement information necessary to determine whether premium features should be available.
c. Sign in with Apple
- If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, we may receive limited account information made available by Apple, such as your name, email address, and a stable Apple user identifier.
d. On-device app data
- Search history, saved entries, Spaces, preferences, and similar app content may be stored locally on your device.
- This information is used to provide the app’s core functionality.

- Apple App Store and StoreKit for billing and subscriptions;
- Sign in with Apple, if you choose to use it;
- email or support infrastructure, if you contact us.

6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- maintaining support correspondence;
- verifying subscription status;
- complying with legal obligations;

Locally stored app data may remain on your device until you delete it, remove it through app/device controls, or uninstall the app.

- choose not to sign in with Apple;
- choose not to purchase a subscription;
- delete the app and its locally stored data from your device;

Amethyst Scene is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic security is guaranteed to be completely secure.
